Chakra

The word ‘chakra‘ means “wheel” or “vortex” and refers to subtle gates that allow the universal energy to flow through our being. Each chakra is a gateway for a specific level of consciousness. They govern glandular processes, influence physical, emotional, and spiritual health and when balanced, they promote well-being. Blocked chakras can lead to physical and emotional complaints. Chakras can be balanced through yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, and gemstones.
Although chakras are often associated with yoga classes in the West, the chakra system is an ancient spiritual and philosophical knowledge that stems from broader traditions in India.

Chiropodist – Chiropodist

A chiropodist or Podiatrist is a primary care professional trained to treat and prevent foot disorders. The practitioner performs an initial assessment of your feet, ankles, lower limbs and gait which will include investigating how you stand, walk and move. Once your assessment has been completed, your podiatrist or chiropodist will recommend appropriate treatment options.

Color Puncture

Dr. John Ott, one of the pioneers in the field of light therapy, proved that humans are photosynthetic, just like plants. Peter Mandel developed what became known as Esogetics. Colorpuncture, which is a part of it, treats skin zones and acupuncture points with colored light.

Constellations – Family Constellations, Internal Family System – IoPT

Constellations work is known as a therapeutic method to reveal hidden dynamics within a persons psyche.
We know several different types of working with it, of which three are the most used.
Family Constellations works with the dynamics of ones family-system;
IoPT: Identity oriented PsychoTraumatology, addressing early life or generational traumas, using ways for self-encounter and integration.
IFS: Internal Family System approaches the internal parts in someone.
In other therapies there may be moments that the therapist uses a constellation like e.g. in Haptonomy or Gestalt, but not as the method of the whole work.

Darshan

Darshan means a gathering around the Master, a sacred meeting where the Master facilitates celebrations, initiates people or answers an questions in a more personal way.
In Osho’s commune there has been several so-called Darshan books in which several discourses around a specific theme have been collected.

De-Hypnotherapy

De-hypnotherapy (later known as the Clarity Process) was initially developed by Anand Santosh, aka Jeru Kabal, guided by Osho.
The starting point is the assumption that people are deep asleep and live their lives directed by unconscious beliefs and behavioral patterns.
De-hypnotherapy combines different techniques to support the process of becoming more conscious about what is hidden in the subconscious.

Santosh developed a meditation, called “the Quantum Light Breath”, with its variation, called “Sunrise of the Soul”.

Doula

The word ‘doula’ comes from ancient Greek, meaning ‘a woman who serves”. Today we know Birth and Death Doula’s, refering to a professional who is trained to provide emotional, physical and informational support.
The Birth Doula supports women throughout their pregnancy, birth and the early postpartum period.
The Death Doula is a person who assists in the dying process. It is often a community based role, aiming to help families cope with death, recognizing it as a natural and important part of life.

Embodiment

Embodiment is often understood as ‘working with the body’; we even use the name ‘bodyworkers’ for people who work in this field.
But true embodiment means the conscious experience of ‘being in the body’ and receiving answers or guidance from its innate intelligence.

Enneagram

The Enneagram is a branch of psychology, a personality theory that characterizes nine distinct strategies by which the human psyche develops a worldview and relates to the self and others.

Feng Shui

Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese concept to establish harmony between a person and her or his environment.
Applied on the way a building and the way the interior is organized, it creates a peaceful place to live and work in.

Gurdjieff

George Gurdjieff (c. 1866–1949) was an influential Greek-Armenian mystic, philosopher, and spiritual teacher who developed a system for awakening to higher consciousness known as the “Fourth Way” or “The Work”. 
The core of his teachings includeds self-remembering, understanding the three centers (intellectual, emotional, moving), and the use of the Enneagram symbol.

LEELA Library

Inspired by the ideas of the worldwide Human Library Organisation, Leela Library supports the heartwarming contact between people who like to be an ‘open book’ to each other and to those who like to ‘read’ these kind of individual and personal happenings.
In Sanskrit Leela means divine play.

Mandala

The word “mandala” means “circle” in Sanskrit and is a geometric configuration of sacred symbols. It represents the universe or wholeness and is often used for sacred rituals, meditation, or to focus attention. They are often made of sand, which also expresses the transience of life.

Mindfulness – MBSR – MSC

Mindfulness is rooted in Meditation and means being more Aware and Present in the current moment without judging. This helps us deal better with stress and tension. People who contributed to the popularity of mindfulness in our daily life are for example Thich Nht Hanh and John Kabat-Zinn.
MBSR means Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, originally developed by John Kabat-Zinn, is the most researched program in the world.
MSC means Mindfull Self Compassion. Research shows that Mindful Self Compassion promotes recovery, resilience, inner strength and security, joy and well-being.

Neuro Integrative Embodiment – NIE

NIE is a methodology developed and founded by Santoshi Porner.
An important part of the work is acknowledging and giving attention to our inner and outer resources.
This supports the nervous system and brain to calm down and find balance, giving space to realizing our wholeness.
Nie is based on recent research into the ability of the brain and nervous system to heal itself and rooted in Meditation and several methods of Trauma work.

Neuro Linguistic Programming – NLP

NLP is rooted in three 3 main categories: the cognitive part of our Nervous System, Linguistics (which studies our ability to communicate and organize thoughts); the P of Programming relates to how we memorize and store our experiences in our body-mind system. This all is directed unconsciously by a very intelligent body-mind system that cares for our growth and survival.
When Osho was asked about the benefits of NLP, his answer was that NLP offers the opportunity to build a bridge between the old mind and the state of no-mind by gradually creating a “new mind” or new neurological pathways.

Permaculture

Practicing permaculture means tuning your lifestyle to Nature, seen from a broad perspective. It includes a set of design principles derived using whole system thinking, in which we assume everything is connected to each other. The principles can be applied to anything a human does, including living, gardening, and working. Most people know it from gardening and regenerative agriculture, but it can also be used for town planning, rewilding, and building strong and resilient communities.

Primal Process

PRIMAL Process is an individual therapeutic process of re-experiencing what shaped us as children and led to the development of our reactions and behavior patterns.
It is not meant to relive past experiences, but to discover what is hidden in our subconscious minds, starting from current situations.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese method to reduce stress, increase relaxation and promote natural healing.
It is practiced by placing the hands on selected areas of the body.
Reiki is based on the teaching that a life force energy is running through us and keeping us alive. When your life force is low, it is more likely that you will get sick or feel stressed. When your life force is high, we have a better foundation to be happy and healthy.

Transmutation Therapy

We all have a matrix of original Health that is perfect and ever-present in our lives, creating and regenerating. This therapy supports a return to your original Health,
helping the functioning of the whole body and the nervous system with the relaxation of tensions and an increased sense of well-being, vitality, and balance.

Transpersonal Psychotherapy

Transpersonal therapy is a type of psychotherapy that integrates psychology and spirituality.
It is an individual therapy with an approach that takes into account the individual’s capacity for transcendence,
with a combination of practices that look at the being beyond the ego, supporting a path of balance, joy and integral health.
