Santoshi – Reflections

At age 33, after a successful foreign banking and pension funds career, something started to dawn inside.
I realized that – from childhood on – I often felt out of place.
Life took a new turn after the burnout of being in the wrong place.
Something from the inside was calling me.

On the way, I realized I lived outside my body, and since then, the path of embodiment has been guiding me.
It also brought me on a spiritual path I never could have imagined before.

I didn’t even know what spirituality meant.

Through various therapies, studies, and experiences in the field of meditation, it became clear that many others had the same experience.
Although our past experiences were totally different on the surface, at the core, it felt the same: being lost, not being recognized or acknowledged as a being.

This was exactly what we were longing for: to reconnect with this inner source and no longer search for endorsement or validation in the outside world.

During this journey, I experience how important the body’s innate wisdom is for wholeness, presence, and healing.
It gifts me with the intention to share what I learned, what directed me, and what supported me to where I am now.

Finally, it led and still leads to the development of a methodology I call Neuro Integrative Embodiment, deepening the understanding of what life gives us and growing with all we receive.
