Integration is not a step we add at the end
It’s woven through the whole process.
It happens in the pause before we begin.
In the noticing during.
In the small returns — to breath, to sensation, to what’s true now.
It’s not something we do after the real work.
It is the work.
It’s what makes change real. Livable. Embodied.
Without integration, experiences can stay separate — like flashes of light that never land.
But when we return again and again to presence,
to what is here now,
the body begins to include it.
Not as a moment we had.
But as something we are now.
